An Overview of Acupuncture and TCM

An Overview of Acupuncture and TCM – Traditional Chinese Medicine developed in the Orient several thousand years ago through Taoist and Buddhist monks and warriors, to find its place in the court of emperors. It then found its way into mainstream China, where it flourished for centuries as the only system of medicine. It is practiced there to this day, where it works successfully alongside western medicine. Millions of people worldwide now benefit from TCM.

Traditional Chinese Medicine offers several methods of treatment for fertility. At this practice, we offer acupuncture, electro acupuncture, moxabustion, cupping, dietary therapy and Qi Gong. The important thing for patients to know, is that we understand the difficulties couples are sometimes faced with, and the roller coaster of emotions involved.  Here at the Clinic in Blackrock patients find a nurturing, confidential and supportive environment.
